my friend’s uncle loves baseball and had a gambling problem. he started playing this game now, and he used the casino feature to help him quit actually gambling!
Decent Simulation, but…
I feel like this game is geared toward kids, or adults who like games that allow them to succeed with minimal effort.
Tasks like batting, pitching, fielding, and running have very simple mechanics, which would be fine if it actually took practice to do them well. However, I found each task way too easy.
This is a disappointment coming from the same people who produced New Star Soccer, but that’s not a fair comparison. I say that because NSS is probably the best sports simulation in mobile game history. I doubt that it will ever be equaled, so I shouldn’t apply the same standard here.
Regardless, plenty of people seem to really like this game, and good for them. As for me, I’ll just have to keep looking.

It’s fun, but too many ads, and I know they need to make money somehow but they have in game purchases for idiots to give them money with, I spend just as much if not more time watching ads compared to playing the actual game. Also, too often the game won’t load at all.

Fielding is bad, throwing in makes no sense. Hitting has completely random results and pitching doesn’t work well with man hands. No thanks.

So I looked at this game and I thought I might try it out cause sometimes games preview are wrong so when I tried this out it was the exact same and I can almost get a home run every time I bat and pitch

Fun but gets kinda repetitive after a while and you also have to carry your team no matter how many stars the team has.
Microtransaction pay to win game
I like the idea of this game - become a superstar baseball player by improving stats and playing games while moving up leagues. After maxing out the stats of my player it became obvious that to be successful in even the AAA equivalent level you’re going to need to pay real money for equipment that has a limited number of uses in games.
In addition to that, the way your player is scored on the batting mini game is absolutely ridiculous. Singles are basically useless for improving your rating, and the only way to have a good rating is to have homeruns and doubles (triples are not a thing in this game, and if they are I didn’t see one in hundreds batting attempts). The game that finally made me delete this app was one in which my batting rating for the game decreased after hitting two doubles, a single, and a fly out. Batting .750 can get you a negative rating.
Find another baseball game.
