Appalling
We waited 1hr 45 mins knowing it would be busy with it being Mother’s Day - rung up to find out how long it would be to greeted with staff uncertain and noise in the backround shouting at this member of staff, another member of staff came in the phone and was rude and obstructive when challanged they stuttered and couldn’t answer the simple question of how long will it take for our food to be delivered! We are regular customers and we are disappointed and appalled at the level of attitude and poor customer service especially when we were fair and patient! 2-3 hour wait for delivery is beyond reasonable when there is nothing informing us of any delays in delivery. It’s also suspicious that they are suddenly closed when our order is due ti be delivered and we are being told they are waiting for a delivery driver. Also don’t pass the blame onto customers because you can’t manage Your business and staff!
