Easier Sign in!
As with some other accounts, I have, I would love to see facial recognition instead of having to sign it multiple times to access my account. Sometimes difficult to get confirmation number and change screens to enter in by then either mistake with the number or time is out or other….
Security question
Unless a person has auto transfer, the transfer asks for the answer to a security question. The problem is I don’t have the option to add a security question but, to complete the transaction, they have to answer a question of which I have no control.
