Mandatory Team Tip?
Lately the app makes you enter at least $1 under “Support our Team” (a separate tip field above “Tip Your Driver”), or the team tip increases exponentially! Please fix.

Can’t order without condiments.
Can’t order individual bagels
The app doesn’t seem to have all options you can purchase in store. There are no individual bagel options and you can’t customize bagels ie I order an Everything bagel but the only option on the app is everything-jalapeño. I usually add chive and onion cream cheese, bacon slices but you can’t even order that via the app.
