I love this app but my widget stopped working and now It looks like the features gone. It sucks because I used it a lot to check the score when I wasn’t able to watch
Get a new app
This seems like it was built in 2005. Really? I have to scroll through every month to go back to my birthdate? I enter info and save and when I edit my profile the info has to be entered again. Why require this to get tickets when we already need the Ticketmaster app? Do you think we want extra apps on our phones for the hell of it? Whoever is in your app development dept needs to fmakecsure the app is useful before pushing h it on your customers. Really really bad customer service, because this app is horrible. The Islanders and UBS s/b ashamed.

Login fails
Login links to Ticketmaster (goes through that process twice), then links accounts, tells you you can use the same password for both. Tried using the Ticketmaster password it just linked, and no dice, doesn’t work. I have an account, just can’t get into it. Useless.

I was impressed with this app and the ease in which its features can be used. It looks slick and has a ton of info for the devoted or casual fan. You guys are doing this right. Nice work!
No audio when casting onto Apple TV
No audio when casting onto Apple TV. This needs to be fixed. Tried on multiple devices with the same issue.
Waste of time with multiple sign-ins for tickets
It takes way too long to make two accounts (connect with monopolizing and predatory price-gouger Ticketmaster) just for tickets 🙄

I was a huge islander fan since when I was young, ever since I got my phone, I downloaded UBS arena app and it lagged and kicked me out. This app can telll me everything isles. My only complaint is the sign up’s, are a bit much but otherwise a 10.
