Fix this site
Two bucks more a month and the site crashes more than ever on my iPad. Takes an hour to read three articles, kills my battery and freezes my whole device. Please come up with a fix or I have to cancel.

Doesn’t download easily
Used to have an easy time reading every morning until recently. Now, regardless of where I am or what device I use, downloading has become a pain. I need to turn off my iPads, sometimes a few times before the issue of the day appears. Frustrating and frustrated

Was improving but it has now gone back to where I cannot open todays still terrible; all you get ie yesterdays copy. Never gets any better. Virtually impossible to get current copy without going through many maneuvers. Bad and getting worse if that is possible.
App fails again
App doesn’t download new editions on a regular basis . Can’t download despite deleting and re-installing app. Frustrating!

Today, when I opened the app, I was greeted with last Sunday’s paper. Only way to update is to delete and reload.
While the edition is supposed to automatically download each day, it does not. They tell you to clear the cache, but on many days, it doesn’t help.
Update-lately, I have not had any problems with the downloads.
Update- The problem has reappeared several times.
Once again, on May 24, the issue is not available.
I can do without the paper and won’t renew.

Really bad controls for a top newspaper
Cannot go back a page without the app freezing. Asked Chat to help fix and performed each step. Works a short period then freezes again. I pay good money for such a poor app. Love the NY Post content though.

Every day I have to turn off my iPad and turn it back on to get the latest edition of the Post. Why can’t these incompetent people get the current edition on the screen the first time?

EXASPERATING APP
I love reding the NY Post every day. I am a subscriber who pays for Sports + access. Very insightful and informative. BUT…this app is just maddening. Pop-ups constantly blocking the view, slow and inconsistent transition to links, freezing and slow buffering. It takes 3 times as long as it should to read an article. This app tales all the enjoyment out of reading The Post. PLEASE NY POST, REDESIGN THIS APP to make it easier to enjoy reading!!!!!

I enjoy reading my NY Post at home and when traveling. But the downloading of issues is becoming problematic. The downloading continues to be a problem each day.

Sometimes I wake up and my post that day is ready to go and waiting for me? And it will most of the time my NY post doesn’t down load and I play with it. I don’t know why. I play with the buttons. be good for days. Today it’s not there? Why I tried everything. Help
