This game is horrible! You can only do three things before anything even happens because you have to buy it!!! You can't even do the second level, it just wrong!!! :(

You can listen to the heartbeat and put sonogram jelly on her belly and that is it without paying for more features. You can't even do the ultrasound. You can't earn them or go to the next level. As my daughter says it is tricking us in thinking we can play the game for free when really you can't without purchasing more features.
