Owner changed pricing from what’s listed here
I brought my car in for an oil change and interior detailing. The pricing on the app says $49.99 for interior, and $74.99 for Mobil One. At the shop they have it as 59.99 and 84.99. OWNER WOULD NOT HONOR THE PRICING ON THE APP!!!
Not even an apology for the mistake, just an “it is what it is” answer... I told him they should either take down the app, or update the pricing, it’s misleading customers, and clearly Bait and Switch. He brushed me off and walked away. I paid $20 more than I expected, and will bring my car to the dealership for future oil changes and detailing. I may go to their local competitor, they’ll respect a loyal customers business.
It’s a shame as it’s not a big business, it’s a small business, but they clearly don’t care about misleading customers with pricing.
