NewFortis Sacco

Newfortis Savings and credit Co-operative society (Formerly Nyeri Teachers Sacco) was started in 1976 with a membership of 857 drawn from the teaching fraternity that is Primary schools, Secondary school and Tertiary institutions. The society has already amended its By laws to open up membership to include other Civil servants all over the Republic of Kenya and expand its catchments area to other Counties. As at December 2021 our membership stood at 17,720 and a workforce of 41 staff headed by the Chief Executive Officer. Our Vision To be a leading financial institution providing efficient and competitive products and services. Our Mission To enhance customers confidence and sustain their economic development through prudent management Our Objectives The main objective is to mobilize member’s savings and grant loans to our members at affordable interest rates.
