4 year old app.
I have been trying for days to reconnect timer to my new hub! A 4 year old app! With no privacy policy! Not what I would call investing in your products! Should this app. be removed?
Badly developed, Awful UI
I’ve have the exact same issue others have had with this app, it’s clear the developers have not paid attention to phone upgrades. I simply can’t use the app, period. Endless loops of trying to connect and faking every time.
Doesn’t work!!
I’ve been going round in circles trying to log into this incredibly un user friendly app for an hour now, beyond frustrating! I put my log in details and press the button and….nothing, no response of any kind, nothing happens! No error message, no explanation, no help. Tried changing log in details via my email several times and still just nothing! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

App is not user friendly
The app is not user friendly with an office full of people struggling to work it, and is seemingly intermittently not responsive. It was also flagged by Apple as not having an up to date privacy policy or security update.
Heating has been off since Newlec installed their system, I wouldn’t recommend their heating system solely because of the apps flaws.
