This app was just updated which I am mostly happy with. HOWEVER, the Weather section is missing a radar.
Ads, seriously?
I paid a ton on money for optimum. Yet they still force ad, on pages and in videos. Drop ads and I will give 5 stars

For the headlines this is a great app. However, the weather needs major updates. It is now late June and it’s displaying the forecast for May.

Why would you publicize a planned takeover of the Roosevelt Field Mall on Sunday complete with a colorful boxing graphic? Looks like a cool concert post! Very dangerous for vulnerable teens and the public.

Dangerous Ads Not Vetted
This app is loaded with ads that obviously haven’t been vetted, as they automatically launch web pages that try to trick you into installing malware onto your device by claiming it is infected with a virus. Extremely poor management! Just another negative thing added to the pile since the horrible Altice acquisition.

Mcafee virus ad opened up in safari while looking at a news article. The Walmart app opened. Why are you allowing this to go on?

I have really come to enjoy News 12 and their app. Unfortunately in the last few days I am being redirected to a third party website with a Russian address trying to pass itself off as a McAfee virus scanner. I will not reinstall this app until this is fixed.

Forcing users to select positive review with pop up
The app will present a pop up with no clear way to dismiss.
The users only option is to select “yes” or “no” to a question on whether they “love the app. ” selecting “no” opens a new mail message in the mail app to seemingly share feedback directly to the developer which bypasses the App Store review process.
