New App
New app is terrible. Old addition was easier to read. If I did not have it on another device I would cancel.
Not an easy sight
This site is terrible. The old one worked much better. It jumps around, locks up and will not enlarge without jumping off of the page most of the time. I wish they would bring back the old version.
Double Charged for a year
When I realized they had been charging me twice a month, for same thing, I called and they said they’d take care of it. They couldn’t issue a refund, but they would not charge me for a year. However, they are still charging me.

Working again after update
Revised review: the app is now working again since the latest update. Leaving the below because I still think it’s poor planning to have the only support option be within the app itself!
Original review: [Like the title says, I upgraded to iOS 14 yesterday and now this app crashes when I try to open it. And when I tap on App Support here in the App Store, it tries to send me to...the app. Which crashes. So I’m leaving feedback in a review here because I don’t feel like waiting on hold just to talk to someone about this.
ETA: I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I got through the screen where I told it I didn’t want notifications, then it crashed again before loading the main screen or having me log in.]
