Ads play first
The app works fine but annoyingly always plays ads first before content even upon return after an interruption.
Works Well
This app works well until 3PM, when for some unknown reason WTDS takes over.
Not compatible anymore
I loved this app, but all of a sudden it isn't compatible with my IPad anymore. Talk about planned obsolescence! You would think it would be backward compatible. My IPad isn't new but it's not that old either!
Unreliable
Randomly stops playing. Ads are ridiculous. Not a stable app at all.

Fire, Mold, water damage. If they can please prevent this same commercial from playing twice every single time I try and listen to Gene Valicenti I’d be happy and give it 5 stars instead of three because I wanna give more!!

Used to love this app, but for awhile now the only thing it plays are the ads, then silence.

Inconsistent
App frequently freezes or will not connect
Crashes all the time!
I’ve had this app on both android and Apple phones and it constantly freezes up or just seems to not work...
Despite having to remove it and reinstall it the problem continues and it’s far worse since the latest update from the developer released a patch that seems to have made it not better but worse...
If your looking for people to use this app on their phones you might have to improve it...

Waste of time
On a Sunday I turned it off after six ads, one promo, a public service announcement and another ad — that’s nine segments of needless blah blah.
I tried it again a few minutes later and I got exact same rotation of baloney

Disconnects constantly
This app constantly disconnects.. Very frustrating. Not worth it.
Poor quality
Got the app to listen from Florida. Always reloading and dropping the stream. Then have to watch another commercial to reconnect

I really wanted to like this app. I live in DC but wanted to keep up with news in Rhode Island – especially after the snowstorm. The app ran okay – I could stream the program – but the ads were too intrusive, and I could not figure out how to control the stream (that is shut it off or pause it). Ultimately, I shut it off by deleting it. Too bad!

Awful app. If it works at all, you'll be lucky to get five minutes of radio before it stops. Needs a serious update. Waste of time right now.
Mandatory Update?
I was tried tuning in on my iPhone tonight and when I launched the app it automatically took me to the update screen. I wasn't in the mood to update. I really wanted to listen to Matt Allen. I couldn't until I updated...
Horrible app, always buffering, can't pause (only stop and play)
Since this station is no longer available via Tunein Radio, I downloaded this application. It is frankly unusable. It frequently stops playing, rebuffers, you can't pause it and play it again easily (there are no visible buttons to push). When you hit the screen, it STOPS. When you hit the screen again, it reconnects and plays (vs. resuming from a pause) so you can't temporarily pause it to do something and listen again in a few minutes like you should be able to do.
I've emailed WPRO and voiced my complaint to them. Hopefully they will reconsider reconnecting to Tunein Radio. As of now, I've resigned myself to listening to other stations but really miss listening to the great radio programs on WPRO.
