Of late I have started liking NEWS 18 and see nowadays very often its news and alerts

App not responding frequently
I am using the app on an IOS phone . Every few days , maybe on average after every 20-25 days the app stops responding and hence doesn’t open only . And then each time after these days cycle , I have to delete the app and re install it from App Store .. don’t know if anyone else also facing similar issues . This problem has been there since last almost 1 year . Kindly look into it .

Can’t navigate back to Home page after reading a story!!
I have experienced a silly oversight where, on iPhone, once you read the story in detail, you can’t navigate back to Home page. There is no back arrow or button!!!
You have to close the app and flush it out of memory to re-load the Home page.
Can you guys fix this please?

Great but needed 2 changes.
Hi Team, News18 app is definitively the best in the segment and there are many reason: -> The great user interface. -> Super smooth experience. -> Great content. But 2 request: 1. Put an option in settings to remove the live TV screen from homepage. It doesn’t play here in united state and that part of screen goes waste and it gives very odd experience. Also most of the user intention is to just read the news not the live channel. 2. If i give location manually which of course foreign user need to give, then FOR YOU and MY AREA tab give you the exact same content. So that means there is no benefit of 2 different tabs. Hope to hear from you soon!!

While the news is coming on why the channel number or other message keep on flashing on the screen, we cannot concentrate on the reporting. Same with Zee and other news channel if causes nuisance

All unwanted notifications with no filters
You'll end up getting 100 notifications a day with this app as there are no filters which you can tailor to get notifications for. When you click on the notifications, it won't take you to the real article itself.
