Dysfunctional design

The creators of this app seem to be paranoid about their articles being viewed or listened to on any other platforms. There is no way to export an article, nor even copy one (one can only select a single paragraph at a time). For dyslexics, this prevents listening to articles using one’s preferred app.

I plan to delete it until they come to their senses.

Strange design

I agree with another review that a light gray background with white text is an odd design choice. It makes it too difficult to read for any length of time.

Needs reading view options

It seems like a good premise as I read that they use a combination of AI and human curation for news selection. The stories I saw in my feed seemed solid. However, the light gray background makes for truly awful reading, I couldn’t use the app for more than a couple articles. It really needs reading view settings, particularly background, font style (I prefer serif for article copy), and font size/line height.
