Why ads when I subscribe to Newsmax?
I love the app. However, for the last few weeks, when I open the app, I have to listen to an ad first, despite the fact that I have a paid subscription to Newsmax. Worse, even if I change the orientation of the phone, the ad cuts
In all over again and I lose listening to the segment I was watching. Can you please do something about this? If we subscribe, we should not have to listen to an ad every time we boot the app. Thanks.

Fix your app!
It’s garbage on the TV and the phone. It is almost daily that “something went wrong” and we’re subscribers! We pay to miss our favorite shows and it’s beyond infuriating. I’ve commented on X plenty of times begging you guys to do something. If you want to push subscribers away,this is how you do it!

Glad I switched
Dumped Fox News app 6 mos ago due to ads being overwhelming and app unusable ……Very, very happy with Newsmax app and only selective ads that don’t interfere with my daily reading …love it!
Wake up people, these people are shilling for money.
First they offer themselves about every 20 minutes for the initial public offering. Read the small letters you have to come in at $500,000.
their commentators have no military experience except for Carl H. All they do is pump up themselves and chill for money. When a news organization becomes an IPO, run away from it. Now they will be holding the stockholders. Not the actual news.

Hate this app
The most frustrating app ever. Have cleared data and shut down, restarted and re-signed in many times. Paid app that is useless because it shuts down, kicks me out and I spend more time trying to fix it than I do watching the news. It’s too bad because I love their content. Canceling my subscription.

Somebody tell these advertising bags of snot, to stop waving their hands around, trying to get your Get your attention. Cause that's what AI is trained these plus sacks to do. Drug dealers take your ad somewhere else. Fake doctors, take your ad somewhere else. I can't stand watching you idiots.

Bad connection
I watch Newsmax daily, I have noticed more often that the news is lagging behind. Not sure if it’s the app, or my connection…but it only happens on Newsmax. I love Carl Higbie and I have to back out and re-enter the app to be able to watch his show. Thank you we love this app.

Too many ads!
Why do we pay and have so many ads!? Now there has been a new 30 second ad added to the beginning of the each program! Ridiculous I must say. How about you add another pay tier and that would remove all ads!!??
Fox app vs Newsmax
I prefer to read my news in the morning and the free Fox News app became totally unbearable with non stop pop up ads that I switched to the free Newsmax app. and I love it! Newsmax has ads too but they are NOT intrusive and are easily spotted. So happy I switched over to Newsmax !!!
App closes constantly
I have watched Newsmax since the beginning so when it became a paid app we signed up to continue. For the last few months the tv app closes so often I have to hold the controller to continue watching. I have cleared the cashe, deleted the app then added it again, reset the tv but nothing works! It still closes. I have read this is not uncommon and really hope you do something to fix the app. I really don’t want to cancel our subscription but with the app closing every 3 minutes is frustrating and not what I should be paying for. It’s nice that you have more viewers now but I think Newsmax needs to upgrade to handle the amount of viewers or upgrade the system.

You can’t even sign on. I tried several times we don’t recognize that email. Well I’m trying to register. That’s OK though cause I’m sick and tired of listening to them put down Fox News and hearing about the Panama Canal. Etc. etc.. it’s to bad you have to put down somebody else to try and get people to watch your show.

Review
Some days app will stop streaming every 5-10 minutes and other days it’s fine. It drives us crazy and has even pushed us to change the channel many times. If it continues we’ll stop paying and move to something else.
Crash
This app crashes constantly in the afternoon, wish they would fix the bugs.
