I should be aloud to transfer money from one account to the other without being charged a fee it’s my money which I will be removing as soon as I purchase a safe

Manage payments link does not work on Mobile devices. It use to work but now it doesn’t.

Excellent online service, but just noticed that All Transactions for April and most of May, 2020, in my accounts, are not listed!! Any reasons?

I love the bank , personal service , always very helpful. So I’m 90% satisfied. One area that I’m not, first is how the bank charges me to take cash out of a ATM which isn’t a Newtown ATM. There is limited number of Newtown banks to get cash from and the other banks already charge me extra. I think Newtown should reimburse me for the money that the other bank charges if there isn’t a Newtown bank within 5 miles.
