Required for Surgery
It would be nice to be able to retake the quizzes. The reason being is, I did the modules on my phone and accidentally hit the wrong answer and did not notice until after submitting my answers. But it was too late. Frustrating because I knew the correct answer and thought I chose the correct answer 😩

Amazing app
Simple bite sized (no pun intended) lessons to guide you towards the big operation day!! Just finished tonight. Found it very easy to understand and felt very accomplished after it was done.
Wish I had this my first time
I had a revision and my new bariatric surgeon gave me NewTri. It was awesome! Easy to follow and understand. I still go back and watch the videos when I feel I need the support or to just get back on track!
SCAM
Do not download the NewTri app unless you are willing to pay money. No where on the download of the new tri app or email does it say this app cost money. I received a mail with a bill of $200 and was told I needed to pay if I wanted to get the sleeve surgery and my medical insurance does not cover it. I learned nothing from this NewTri app it is not useful app at all. I switched to a new surgeon. I’m hoping they don’t force me to pay an app that I didn’t even use.

Don’t waste your time
NewTri is a scam …. Utilized it for “revision” which only required 2 months of services …I choose to do the monthly deduction vs the one time payment …. but was told via email from the support staff that they would not show completion unless payment was made essentially holding my surgery up and my new life for a whole extra month !! Very sad that they aren’t understanding and willing to take another payment early or adjust it since the month was unneeded . Reaching out to the BBB
