Do not use this company
Extremely unprofessional, had a booking made for 15:30 which they rescheduled to 16:30 with a promise that my place would be cleaned today. It is now 17:52 and their professional never showed up. I had arranged parking for them in my building and I selected the option in the app saying that I have parking for the professional. I was given the run around for 2 hours. I even sat outside my building 10 min before they were due to arrive to show them where to park. Their professional claimed to be outside my building to their support agent but this was a lie.
Also very surprised to see that my account was charged before services have been rendered.

Worst cleaning company I have ever used
I paid $300 for a 4 bedroom home in Auckland
- they missed many areas
- they will not move anything - a mug on the kitchen bench, nope they clean around it!
- paid extra for bed linen to be changed and made. Looks like a 5yr attempted to make it.

Worst experience
Hated the experience. They canceled us twice and when asked for refund they called back giving all the excuses available. The cleaners who came confirmed that they were booked last minute for us. The people on customer service was so rude and had an answer for everything. The deep cleaning for the money was not worth it. Would not recommend this device at all. Worst experience in NZ!!
