We use this app for our job tickets at work. It’s awful. Slow, won’t connect, always logs you out and crashes
Slow. All it does is lag
Crazy slow, i could do it faster with pen and paper.
Not worth the time
Just another example of technology making life harder than it has to be.
Save yourself the headache
My employer uses this app to track our hours. I would rather write them down on a sheet of paper, and drive that sheet of paper an hour away to the shop to turn them in. I would go above and beyond to never touch this app again. Every update somehow brings a more annoying stupid issue that makes the app even more unusable. They constantly surprise me with how inconvenient they can make something as simple as reporting hours.

Crazy slow….takes 20 times to change am to pm….saves some stuff but not others….not very well thought out program at all…
Logs you out
The system automatically log you out which is frustrating when service isn’t good and the customer has to sit there and wait for the connection so I can log back in to get him to sign my ticket.
It has twice gone down for days which means I had to manufacture the times on tickets from 2 days passed the. Pay someone to go and get the ticket signed. It’s terrible. I’d give it a zero but they don’t give that option.

User Interface
I wish that the user interface on the iPad would be the same as though you are using NexGen on a PC. THAT WOULD REALLY BE AWESOME! PC interface with touch screen capability! As it is right now, one that I can recall is that you can’t add new customers info when using NexGen Atom.
Unity among workers
Great app, really brings everyone together. Everyone agrees that they hate this app!!!
Inconvinent
Always logs you out. Often needs to update to continue. Very slow to use. Deletes input if not saved after each process. I’m waiting now 10mins for an update so I can start work.
Slow and constant crashes
This app is terrible, it acts like you never have service and takes forever to save. It constantly crashes and logs you out. The concept is good, but it just doesn’t work properly.
Needs work
Constantly logs you out randomly for no reason. Makes it a pain, when you have arrive onsite, or when I need a signature, the customer has to wait for me to log in. You start driving and realize you need to tap “left job”, but you’re logged out again, and I know for a fact, people are driving and typing in a password. That’s an unnecessary safety hazard on the roads. There’s nothing on there that’s some high security risk. God forbid someone gets ahold of my phone and sees how many hours I worked!! Even when I have good service, the old windows 95 ball is rolling “downloading” “saving”. Freezing up etc. it just seems like how apps were in the beginning of smart phones.

Terribly slow
Straight out of windows 95 and my old dial up internet….very slow…has to save/wait everything you do…what money is saved by having and app is gone and then some because of waiting around for a stupid app to load….better iff using paper…
Crashes consistently
The only thing that you can count on about this App is that it’s going to crash consistently and not load your tickets like it should. There is no way that I would waste my money on this program if I was in charge of the company. It is a constant hassle for customers to wait on this to load so they can sign at the end of the job.

No good
After I start a ticket and do my inspection checklist, start my time, type in comments, I have to do it all over again when I check back in to end my time. It wipes everything clean everyday. I run out of time at the end of my shift and usually end up fixing it on my own time after work.
Garbage
I get dizzy watching the buffering circle go round and round and round and round. Add TouchID. Sick of putting in my password 13 times a day because it won’t stay open.
Some suggestions
Needs ability to upload multiple photos at one time. Not clicking though each one to upload individually. Work orders that are assigned to you could be better managed, ones that are still open and new ones that are pushed too you.
Add Push Notifications
How am I supposed to know when dispatch sends me a job???
Save time and make more money!
The ability to create work orders, enter labor, and capture signatures on a job site with our tablets and smartphones is amazing! Work performed in the field is immediately accessible to our office staff! I highly recommend scheduling a demo and seeing it for yourself! Especially if you’re looking to reduce operating costs and increase profit margins.
