Great for Home Owners!
I’m not a home inspector but I am a home owner and I’m loving this app. It’s an amazing resource to find a direction to go in with what might need repairs and what COULD be causing the problem. Of course, these are just ideas but the AI generates some pretty good responses that support me in knowing what is urgent, what I can investigate myself, and what to talk to a handyman about when I make my initial calls. I recommend this app for every home owner!
