Worst service ever, no direct billing. Submitted a claim for for 2 corrective lenses. Paid 550$ out of pocket, to find out my claim is denied after 10 business days. Get denied for coverage that’s owed.

The worst customer service I ever experienced.
I called the customer service number. The lady who picked up the call was extremely rude and I am shocked that she cut the call when I asked about my claim amount which had been showing pending for 2 months. I didn’t deserve to be treated like that! Very disappointed and upset.

I was just in the phone with a person. Not sure what here name was. But she hang up on me and did not provide any help.

This company’s customer service team is just ridiculous. I call the member line and reach voice mail, waiting weeks for approval, no managers to speak to. What a ridiculous company lol

There is no “Submit Claims” in the app. It is so frustrating. And customer service is too slow.
