⭐ 1 STAR – Very Poor Experience with NexoCabs Goa
I had a very disappointing experience with NexoCabs Goa and would strongly recommend that people be careful before booking.
I specifically booked a Swift Automatic, but when the car was finally provided, I was given a Baleno Automatic instead. The replacement itself was not the biggest issue — the condition of the vehicle was.
The Baleno had dents and scratches all over the car, and to make matters worse, the wiper was not working. Providing a vehicle in this condition is completely unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns.
Another major concern was that my booking appeared to be handled through a third-party/local vendor rather than directly by NexoCabs. The people handling the vehicle were also very rude and unprofessional in their communication.
As a customer, I don’t really care whether the vehicle comes directly from NexoCabs or through a vendor — NexoCabs accepted my booking, so I expect NexoCabs to take responsibility for the service provided.

Think twice before booking. Check the vehicle thoroughly, record videos/photos of everything, and confirm all charges before accepting the car.

I had booked a cab and, due to an unavoidable reason, I couldn’t travel on the scheduled date. I tried calling customer support countless times, but no one ever answered. There was no response to my calls or any attempt to help resolve the issue.
I even contacted the driver, who assured me that he would inform the company and someone would get back to me—but nobody ever did. My money was taken, and I received no support, no response, and no refund.
Based on my experience, this service is highly unreliable. Once they receive your payment, getting any customer support seems impossible.
I would strongly recommend looking for a more reliable cab service unless you’re prepared to risk losing your money.

Fraud
Don’t trust them they will take your booking and then one day before will tell you car and not available. That too even in very rude tone.

Be cautious while receiving
The first petrol pump they take you is scam. They filled very bad quality petrol. Be vigilant. Avoid if possible.
SCAM
Do not trust this company. They have provided me car from 3rd party rental service. Driver himself will damage after recording the video during pickup or delivery. Based on that, they won’t return your deposit money.

I cannot login because Otp is not coming on my phone. I think it’s a fake app. Interface is also fake type😂 Zero star
