It includes the NexSpace web console for IT and facilities teams, the NexSpace Go mobile app for employees, and this NexSpace Dock kiosk for room and desk displays. Each customer organisation gets its own isolated SaaS tenant with strict data separation. GETTING STARTED 1. Your IT admin creates a NexSpace tenant at https://nexspace.ubrixy.com. 2. Install NexSpace Dock on each iPad from the App Store. 3. On first launch, enter your server URL (https://api-nexspace.ubrixy.com), sign in as an admin, and select the room this iPad sits outside. 4. The kiosk is live — employees can start booking the same minute. PERMISSIONS • Camera — to scan QR codes from the NexSpace Go mobile app • Microphone — for the optional voice assistant (audio is sent to the NexSpace backend for speech-to-text, never to a third party) NO IN-APP PURCHASES NexSpace Dock is licensed by the customer's organisation at the SaaS-tenant level via NexSpace's web console.
