About
Seat your event by who clicks.
NexSpark Tables takes the worst job in hosting, deciding who sits where, and does it from what your guests actually say.
Share one link or QR code. Each guest answers a short compatibility quiz, a few questions about how they socialise, and Tables assigns them a table with people they are likely to get on with. No accounts, no downloads required for guests, no spreadsheet.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Create an event in about thirty seconds.
2. Share the link or show the QR. Guests answer the quiz on their own phone.
3. Watch the room fill in. Drag anyone anywhere, or let it seat everyone.
4. At the door, scan each guest's pass to check them in.
FOR THE HOST
• A live dashboard of who has joined, who is seated, who is still unassigned
• Drag and drop any guest to any table, or auto-seat the whole room at once
• Optimise the room with the fewest moves, and pin anyone you placed by hand
• Table, list, column and floor-plan views
• Type your guest list in and send each person a personal invite by email
• Lock the seating when you are happy, or end the event when it is over
FOR GUESTS
• No account, no app required. The quiz opens in a browser from the link
• A door pass with a QR code and a short code, so check-in takes a second
• See your table number and who else is on it before you arrive
AT THE DOOR
Scan a guest's door pass with your camera, type their six-character code, or search their name. Checking someone in twice is harmless: it just tells you they are already here.
GOOD FOR
Dinner parties, rehearsal dinners and weddings, work mixers and offsites, conference tables, club nights, supper clubs, anywhere a room of people who half know each other has to sit down together.
FREE
Tables is free. There is no premium tier, no per-guest charge and no card.
Built by NexSpark Friends, which matches people in Atlanta into small friend Circles of four to six who meet again and again. Tables came out of the same question: who should sit with whom. nexspark.org
