You do not have to be at the counter to know how the day is going. Next Insights puts your business figures on your phone. Open it between meetings, on the road, or at home, and see what sold, what is running low, and what you actually earned — for one branch or for all of them. WHAT YOU CAN SEE - Sales — by day, by item, by category, by cashier, by branch, by payment method - Stock — quantities on hand, slow movers, items below minimum, batch expiry - Purchases — supplier activity, purchase returns, cost movement - Accounts — receivables, payables, customer and supplier statements - Financials — profit, margin, expenses, cash position Each report carries its own date range and filters, and shows its totals at the top. WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS Every report you open is kept on the device for thirty days. If the network is gone you still see the last figures, stamped with the time they were taken, instead of an empty screen. LOCKED TO YOU A four-digit PIN protects the app, with Face ID or fingerprint as a shortcut. The PIN never leaves your phone. TAKE IT WITH YOU Export any report as CSV or HTML, or send it to a printer, and share it from your phone's own share sheet. ARABIC AND ENGLISH Switch language at any time — every screen, every report title, every column. READ-ONLY BY DESIGN This app cannot ring up a sale, change a price or edit a record. It reads, and that is the point: you can hand it to a partner or an area manager without handing over your till. REQUIREMENTS Next Insights is a companion to the Next POS business system. It is not a standalone product, and there is nothing to see without one. - An active Next POS installation, and an activation code generated from the desktop program and valid for 24 hours. - No purchases, prices or subscriptions exist inside this app. Subscription matters are handled in the desktop program or with us directly. - iPhone only.
