NextRobot Ticket is the after-sales repair ticketing app for NextRobot service teams. It gives field technicians, support staff, and service managers one place to raise, track, and close repair jobs for Robby One cooking robots and other NextRobot equipment. This app is intended for authorized NextRobot employees and service partners. A company account is required to sign in. WHAT YOU CAN DO Raise a ticket in seconds - Scan a machine barcode to pull up the unit and its service history instantly - Log the fault, affected component, and severity without retyping customer details - Attach photos of the issue straight from the camera Track work from open to closed - See every ticket assigned to you, with status, priority, and due date at a glance - Filter by machine, site, technician, or status to find what matters now - Follow a ticket's full timeline — who did what, and when Close the job on site - Record parts used, labour, and repair notes while you're still in front of the machine - Capture the customer's signature on the device for proof of service - Complete the ticket even where signal is poor, then sync when you're back online Keep the whole team aligned - Dispatch and reassign tickets to the right technician - Push updates so support and service managers always see current status - Full service history stays attached to each machine for future visits BUILT FOR THE FIELD Fast barcode scanning, camera capture, and on-device signature mean a technician can work through a repair without touching a laptop.
