Lack of customer support
I want to share my experience with Next Toppers, On 16th March, I accidentally purchased the v Arambh batch twice instead of once. Since then, I have been trying to contact their support team for a refund.
I called them multiple times. They answered my calls three times and each time assured me that the refund would be processed soon. However, it has now been more than three weeks, and I have stil not received any response or refund from their side.
I am quite disappointed with the lack of proper customer support and follow-up. I hope they improve their service and resolve such issues more responsibly in the future.

Regarding logging in issue in next toppers app

I am a dedicated student and a great admirer of your teaching methods and content quality. Recently, I purchased the Aarambh Batch 2026–27 on the day of its launch, and I am genuinely excited to learn through your platform.
However, I would like to bring to your attention a recurring issue I have been facing with the app. Every 3–4 days, when I open the app to check for updates related to the batch, I find that I have been logged out automatically without any action from my side. This has caused inconvenience, as I have had to log in multiple times to regain access.
I kindly request you to look into this technical issue and resolve it at the earliest so that students like me can have a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience.
I truly appreciate your efforts and, once this issue is resolved, I would be more than happy to rate the app with a full 5 stars.

Bug report
When I start the lecture in landscape mode in iPad the screen is a bit zoomed in and I am not able to view the whole board and this can really become a issue and also when I go ahead and try to change the quality of the lecture the app just stops and closes automatically. Please fix this bug before the classes of aarambh 2027 starts.
