As a long-time New Yorker, I use this app daily. It’s incredibly accurate with train arrival times, so I can time exactly when to leave my apartment, office, etc.
The best part for me however is when an arrival time sign is down at a station (which is very often) I can lookup the time within seconds without having to walk to the other end of the platform looking for another working sign. It’s a game changer having accurate subway info in my pocket at all times🙏
