My daily tracker

I’ve downloaded and deleted plenty of these. The pattern is usually the same.. like useful for a week or two, then they start collecting dust. This one is still the first app I open when I need to log something. It handles the full range of what I run, and nothing about it has started irritating me yet. It def one of those rare enough to keep apps.

Weirdly satisfying

Gave it a real chance during the trial. Logging almost takes no time. AI actually pulled a couple useful studies when I asked. Stayed on Premium without thinking twice.

Didn’t expect this much from a peptide app

Been running peptides and TRT for a while but this app outdoes the others. The vial scanning, quick logs, the sleep tracking and the estimated levels are very well made. I didn’t realize this when I downloaded it but the AI actually cites research when you ask it something and it has this daily brief right on the front home page where it reads the stuff you're on and compares it against your personal health stuff like your sleep or your heart rate if you’re wearing an Apple Watch. I didn’t even realize that was a thing until I opened it and it was there. Personally I love it.

Bought it for the tracking, stayed for the reading

The dose logging is good and thats what I paid for. But the thing I actually open the app for now is the research section.

I have been doing this for two years and I got almost all of my information from a facebook group, which if youve been in one of those you know is a mix of a few people who know what theyre talking about and a lot of people repeating something they heard. I never had a way to check any of it.

The stuff in here is short and it points at actual studies. I have changed two things about my protocol because of something I read in there and both were things the group had told me the opposite of. Thats worth more than the subscription for me.

It’s not a huge amount of content and I do go through the new ones pretty fast. Would happily take more.

switched over from what I was using in one sitting

saw this posted somewhere last week and figured I'd look since I was already unhappy with what I had.

Had my whole protocol in within about fifteen minutes. Two things immediately better than the old one: it understands vials, and it didnt make me pick a "medication" from a list that didnt have what I actually take. That list thing has been the dealbreaker in every other app I've tried and I nearly closed this one expecting the same.

Its new so I'm not going to pretend I know if it holds up. But the first hour was better than a year with the other one.
