No Support horrible experience
We decided to run these in our trucks after few months installing about 3 times the website has gone down for days then account was deleted. Now everything is in check for now I don’t know how long. Just stay away for now until they sort their crappy support and server issues.

The software is just horrible and after g er t it to work it worked on off randomly for a few days and now stopped working

The app has just stoped working
Tried deleting and re downloading and still every time I type user name and password the app atomically gets shuts down
Stopped working - network error
Not working on multiple devices and Browser. I have 2 units. URL works to get location, so units are working. Why no Support contact info?
Total Rubbish
If I could give this zero stars I would. Poorly written user instructions, clunky user interface and crashes regularly.

I don’t advise anyone to buy this . Stupid apps no information how to activate it properly you work it out by your self and finally you trucking someone in Vitnam or Africa . Weast of time . In the end I throw my advice and hit it with hummer and after I relex . Nightmare and stupid and hard to use and not worth it . I use mobile phone cheaper and better trucke then this .

App & Website not working
I have been using these devices for a while. Everything ok, there is always room for improvement.
But since last week I can not access the app or the website.
I hope the developers fix/respond to this issue.
At the moment and until fixed, I recommend to not buy this gear as it will be useless without the interface.

Unreliable
Was working great for 2 weeks then Network error and cannot log in.
Worst Manual, No Tech Support, Unable to Use

Spent over $800 setting up on 4x generators units constantly drop out and go offline.
I’ve had other GPS units that work seamlessly.

Please refrain from ever trying to make an app again - I know three year olds that could do better than this this was an actual nightmare - deleting
Can’t even activate app
Purchased the tracker and following the instructions that are seemingly out of order and it states to send SMS but I have no idea who or where I’m sending the sms too??

Problems all over
Many problems with this app and the gps tracker, the password for the app isn’t the same as the sms password (still don’t know it) no support whatsoever, command list doesn’t show, car tracker moves by itself when left off and sometimes doesn’t pick up location (says I’m at my previous location rather than my address)

Needs notifications
The app shows me when an alarm has been triggered but there is no actual alert for this. Get the app to push notifications to the phone. This will save users having to get SMS alerts and using telco costs.
What’s going on?
Per the above comment, the same is happening to me with their app and their website. So, how quickly is this going to be resolved, what are the time frames and/or could you recommend another app/provider?

App stop working
I been using this app for the last year no issues. Last week it stop working for no reason. It’s saying network issues. Website not working anymore. Waste of money

App was great but for some reason it’s crashed and keeps “Network Error”?? Tried on a different phone, same result! Any help resolving the issue would be great

I’ve had this tracker for nearly 2 years without any major issues although the APP has suddenly just stopped working and keeps coming up with “network error” I’ve reinstalled the app and confirmed I have network coverage but this app doesn’t want to play anymore.
