App crashes and doesn’t work
Used to work fine when open ai was included now it crashed on every prompt and I paid for it. Requesting a refund

They offer an annual subscription, but after a few months, they claim they lack your information, despite presenting an Apple receipt. Since the refund period with Apple has expired, you are left without recourse. This constitutes fraudulent behavior that warrants investigation by Apple. Once the refund window closes, the developer removes access to the app, fully aware that customers have no way to challenge this or seek justice.

They will continue to charge your credit card long after you delete the app and service. I am having to cancel my card and get another one issued to stop these immoral people. And I cancelled because their app is terrible.

$50/ mo creates a level of expectation that was NOT met after the service cut out- sending an “unknown error” message for weeks with back n forth w customer service. Charging the renewal of $50 while the app is down… No good.
