I’m constantly receiving an error message with any question that I tried to submit. For an app that I paid for, I’m extremely angry that it does not work yet. I paid the lump sum for the year. Fix your application, please.

Charging me and there is no way to cancel. Emailed them hopefully they take care of it. Can’t cancel from subscriptions and they keep charging me card. Greedy shady app that isn’t aligned with App Store policy. My next step is to report to Apple. - Mr. Z5

Exercise extreme caution when purchasing this app from this developer. They offer an annual subscription, but after a few months, they claim they lack your information, despite presenting an Apple receipt. Since the refund period with Apple has expired, you are left without recourse. This constitutes fraudulent behavior that warrants investigation by Apple. Once the refund window closes, the developer removes access to the app, fully aware that customers have no way to challenge this or seek justice.

They will continue to charge your credit card long after you delete the app and service. I am having to cancel my card and get another one issued to stop these immoral people. And I cancelled because their app is terrible.
