About

NextHR is the phone half of the HR and payroll system your employer runs. Sign in with your work email and everything you normally have to ask someone for is on your own handset. CLOCK IN AND OUT Punch from where you actually work. If your employer has set up work sites, the app records which one you are at; if you are working from home, say so and it will not check where you are. No signal underground or on site? The punch is kept on your phone and goes in the moment you are back online — it is never lost and never silently dropped. WHAT YOU HAVE WORKED Your daily time record, the same one payroll is built from. Every day shows what you clocked, what came off for breaks, and what was credited — so when a figure looks wrong you can see where it came from instead of guessing. A day that does not reconcile says so, and gives you a way to ask about it. ASK FOR THINGS Leave, overtime, field work, a day at home, a correction to a wrong punch, or a shift when nobody has scheduled you. Each one goes to whoever signs it off, and you can see who is holding it rather than wondering. YOUR PAY Payslips as payroll closes them, with the arithmetic behind the net figure. FOR MANAGERS Approve or decline what is waiting on you, and see who has turned up today, without opening a laptop. NOTICES FROM YOUR COMPANY Announcements reach the phone, pictures and all. Anything marked urgent stops you on the way in rather than waiting to be found. MORE THAN ONE EMPLOYER One login can hold several workspaces. Switch between them without signing out. BUILT FOR THE PHILIPPINES SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR withholding are worked out against the tables in force for the period being paid — not whichever ones are current — so a payslip re-run months later still shows the right figures. You need an account from your employer to use this app. It will not do anything on its own.

Your hours count what you have worked. Clocking in used to credit the rest of the shift straight away — clock in at 1:57 and the card read 3h 02m of a day one minute old. It now counts forward from your punch, updates through the day, and the unpaid break comes out as it is earned rather than in one drop. My hours adds up too: a day that showed a minute nobody could account for, flagged for you to check, was a rounding fault and is gone. Nothing concludes your day before it ends. You are no longer marked absent in the minute after clocking in, or half a day at lunchtime, and the hours you have not worked yet are not counted against you as undertime. File a half day from your phone. Leave taken as a half day could only be filed at a desk — from the app it spent a whole day of your balance without saying so. Field work can now say what kind of trip it is and whether it takes the whole day or only part of it, and overtime can say what it was for. For managers. The team board's figures add up: turned up, not in yet, away, expected. People who had not arrived were counted nowhere before, because the old tile waited for the day to end. Approving answers immediately instead of sitting on the button, and the queue refetches when you come back to the app.
