Downloaded the app. Asks for user name and password which I can’t set up and can’t get past this initial page. Deleted the app. Unusable.

Great app for busy construction/trades people who want to steam line the amount of documentation they have to deal with!

I’ve looked at a few systems now and I recon this is the best.
It allows me to keep on top of everyone’s tasks, their timesheets and charges.
My team love the timesheet system and I can quote and invoice from my phone before I leave the site!
My fortnightly invoicing is super easy and only takes a few minutes and syncs directly with Xero.
The push notification system is great, as it allows my team to communicate directly with each other from within the jobs, so nothing is lost.
The app also allows me to track my workers locations when they enter their time and they can update their status on a job in real time. (great for any client queries).
I would highly recommend NextMinute for any business wanting to make life easier. I can finally spend more time fishing and less doing admin. Love that! 👍

Life changing
I’ve been running my own business for the past year and I don’t no to this day how I was doing it.
After two days of using this application my life had change and I had control over everything that I was doing and aloud me to do even more with my business .
Two months in and every day I wake up and I no where I am with everything that I’m doing and have done

Great app, use it daily in our business for quoting, ordering and job costing. Easy to use and straight forward to implement. I highly recommend it.
Has potential
Great idea, just needs a polish. Is a little slow in my iPhone 5s.
Wipes the floor
This app makes my admin so much easier with realtime access from anywhere. I can quote and invoice in front of the customer as we are discussing the job and get them to accept there and then. Saves a lot of lost work. I can also view all ongoing work at any time, check how much my margin is going to be

Very helpful
I tried the free trial and have found this app very useful in speeding up some of the laborious tasks for my business. I've found the Company really helpful and the video tutorials have been great. The software could be a little slicker but I haven't seen anything better.
Easy to use
NextMinute has been really easy to use. I like how organised I can be now with everything all in one place. I'm able to keep on top of accounts, contacts and Jobs when I'm in the office or out and about.

Downloaded, signed up, register all ready to use. A very very clunky app. Not user friendly, way too many unusable options for the average business. When will someone just make a basic easy to use scheduling app rather than trying to over complicate everything!!
Free nothing free about it
Invoce to go is cheaper and less clunky this thing crashes 3 out of 4 starts did not even go as far as free try out. $30 a month 12 months upfront $360 or $40 + on month to month. Want some of what you guys are smoking.
Perfect
Finally, a time management app done correctly! This app by all means is exceptional and is far better than GeoOps app which was hard to use and lacked fundamental features that Nextminute has. This is a great app and I highly recommend it over any other time management software out there! Thanks!!!
