Transferred some money 3 days ago and still haven’t received it, tired contacting support through the app and still haven’t heard from anyone. This app is a joke! And people are on here leaving reviews like this is just the best app to get others to download

This wallet has been very easy to use. It is my favorite wallet for storing and spending my Litecoin.
It Works
I have rescinded my negative review since my LTC finally seems to have come through. Be aware though, this wallet is slow. And if after a day you still don’t see your LTC, go to settings and scroll down to “Rescan wallet” that fixed it for me.

Due to the incomplete synchronization, the wallet fails to recognize the latest blockchain state. As a result, the app prevents me from transferring out the digital assets stored inside the wallet.
In practical terms:
If the app can’t finish syncing, it won’t let me move my own money.
3. Poor Reliability on iPhone X
Even accounting for the older hardware, a crypto wallet should provide stable and consistent performance. Freezing at the same progress point every time shows that the issue lies with the software, not the device.

Can’t access app
I add my pincode and the app just freezes. FaceID log in doesn’t work either. Dreadful app, with seemingly no updates or end-user support.
Stuck on syncing
Im stuck at 99.9% when syncing transactions, and cant send any more LTCs

I want to like LTC so much but it never can be relied on for anything real world useful. It can be SUPER slow, like half a day slow. Wallet constant throwing errors. Balance shown is never accurate. I have to just accept that my coins disappear from all known existence for a while with each transfer and ‘hope’ they come back. It’s just not worth the hassle. Tried contact in app and website no response $2k gone

Massive issues
Successfully transferred coins back in June from Litewallet, confirmed on blockchain, but now nexus won’t see them or display them. Rebooted wallet, as instructed. After carefully copying seed and and now seed won’t work

Non functional, iOS
This app has caused me the most mind blowing level of stress. Multiple reinstalls, recoveries, and the blockchain refuses to sync my coins. I can see them but cannot move them.
I have tried everything to recover my coins in other wallets but *something* that Nexus does is so unconventional that no other wallet even wants to accept the 24 words, they all show 0 balance. I have burned days upon days upon days just trying to send some coins from A to B.
If you value your blood pressure, go elsewhere.

Be careful using this fake wallet they robbed me 65 CAD!
Expensive fees. Good UI
The UI for this is nice. I like it a lot better than the old wallet they had but the fees to buy and sell are a lot more than if you use Robinhood and pay the spread or buy on PayPal. I will have to stick with Robinhood.
