I try using the mobile app this days to send money into my account but MTN doesn’t send me a confirmation code so I can’t really know what is wrong?
No rating , every time I try to register it refuses to recognize my ID number.

MOBILE MONEY ISSUE
I cashed out from my MTN momo for it to be deposited into my bank and it has been up to 24hrs nothing has shown up in my bank account of which money has been deducted from my MTN momo balance.
Please has anyone come across such issues and what happened?

The OTP code for logging in almost never comes and even when it does it takes ages!

Mobile money issue
I just cashed out with mobile money. Money was never sent but it was deducted from my account. I’m headed to my branch office first thing in the morning

i cant see money i moved to my bank account...but i shows i've sent money to my account via online banking

So far I have been using the app everything works perfectly but you get 2 stars until you fix the issue with mobile money then you get 5 stars. Thanks
Failure
This updated version on iPhone closes immediately it opens. I think it created another bug.
