Needs much improvement
This and the last app for rules both stink. Constant issues, but no way to access rules electronically.

App Crashes
Not only does this latest version of the app no longer recognize my credentials, it also returns an error when I attempt to have it send me a password reset link. (I’ve used this app in the past!)
If I attempt to create a new ID on the app, it gives me a “Something went wrong” error on multiple screens and does not allow me to select a security question to answer.
Why on app in this state even made it past the development phase is totally beyond me. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Won’t work
I’ve downloaded this app 10 times and as soon as I open it, it always says oops something went wrong.
Doesn’t work
Won’t let me sign up. Wont connect to a server. No way to ask for help.

Nothing works on this app. It keeps kicking me off and closing.
Horrible
This app is trash. It never wants to load and you can’t hit the rules books you need. You have to go online to buy the books and sometimes they show up in the app and sometimes they don’t. Nothing ever works and if it does it takes 6 years for it to load properly.

The books look so gawky sticking out of my pockets They keep falling out, right on the field of play. The players have more fun kicking my rule books around than playing their sport.
If only there were a digital version you could access by your phone.

How can a large national organization have such completely useless apps? Seriously?
No access
I get into all of my NFHS sites without issue, except the Rules App. None of my user names or PWs ever work for more than 1 day and when trying to reset them or even resign up as a new user, I get the same old issue code that doesn’t tell me what the issue is. They no longer publish rules on the site, only on the app, but we can’t access the app. And I’m tech-savvy, I’d hate to see how those who struggle with tech are doing. Crazy!

App is straight trash. Every time I tried to create a login I would get an ERROR message.
Money Grab
Why would you not want all coaches, players, administrators to have access to the rules? Using this as a cheap ploy to make money is just another example of the deficiencies in youth sports.

Website no longer has PDFs of the rules. Directs you to the app. The app doesn’t work. I’ve tried multiple resets. Deleted the app and re-installed. Won’t even let me log in. I have an account I can log into on the website, but the app only says there is an error and does nothing else. Neat…
Used to work, now useless
I used this app last year with no issues. This year the support apparently is nonexistent. You can’t access any books, or download new books you’ve subscribed to. I deleted the app and reloaded it hoping to solve the problem, and now can’t even log in. Until the Federation starts caring about this app, give it a hard pass.

APP DOESNT WORK
This app has gone down hill. My rule books are gone that I paid for with my NFHS membership.
What is going on???
Is anyone at the NFHS aware or concerned about their app not functioning? Is any effort being put into fixing this problem? There are a LOT of sports officials who use this app (and depend on it)! C’mon, man! Get it together!!!! This is unacceptable.

About 5 years ago, this app seemed to work ok. The past 3 years have been useless. My books won’t show and NFHS offers no other digital format to make books searchable.

I would like to have electronic access to the rules. I cannot even get the app to let me log in. I have deleted and reinstalled it 2x, and only get “OOPS Something went wrong. Try again” when I open it!
