It’s like even the NFL has given up on this
The NFL states this is how you get in the lottery for Super Bowl tickets. I waited through all of the draft hype. Now, even in June, the app is still showing Pittsburgh draft hype from a month and a half ago. Never could figure out any of the details I was looking for, and even the NFL realizes this app isn’t worth updating with pertinent information.

Downloaded this for the draft. Consistently crashed the entire day and did not work. JOKE! Save your time.

Entry Closed before the draft started at 8pm. First round completely ruined. There goes bucket list event. Didn’t even need the app after all that hassle

Can’t log in
I created an NFL account. When I tried to register in the OnePass app using that account, the app just spins. I can log into the NFL app just fine. This app experience is totally broken.

To be fair, it was fun but I waited 3 hours for a field goal and missed horribly which is my fault but that’s three hours I’ll never get back

App crashed with 20k people stuck outside stadium, no support during or after and just being told we weren’t affected!
Appalling app
This app crashed on the most important day at the worst possible time. If you’re attending the London games, add the tickets directly to your phones wallet, DO NOT use this app!

Huge hiccup for the London games when we found out they didn’t pressure test the app for 65K people.
Ticketing fiasco: 1.5 hr wait, chaotic—no resolution
The most basic and necessary features, like accessing your ticket on game day were completely inaccessible leaving thousands of attendees in a queue as the game had already begun. Eventually, without scanning tickets or proper security checks, attendees pushed past security and held the electronic gates open as fans poured in. This app’s failure left an event disaster with no on the grounds comms to fans who stood in line for over an hour, when that whole time they should’ve been in the stadium.

If only no stars was an option. Useless
If only no stars was an option. The app failed to work at the time we needed it, to gain access to the stadium, circling back to the password screen. Many others were similarly affected. Eventually, we followed a method which then worked for others - to show evidence that we had tickets to a person on the gate. Utterly inadequate service from OnePass. Avoid

Crashed at the worst possible time
If I could leave 0 stars I would. App crashed outside the stadium before kick off. 1000s of fans were getting crushed because of this app failing. Sort it out or enable us get paper tickets. Nearly a riot at the gates.
