Good but has flaws
Generally the app is very good with layout and content etc however PLEASE FIX THE NOTIFICATIONS!!!!!!! The amount of times a notification comes up with breaking news and when I follow it takes me to the main page, not the specific new article. There is literally no point in publishing a news story and making it so difficult to then read it

Nfl sunday ticket
Didn’t realize I hadn’t canceled my 2026 nfl sunday ticket subscription. It auto renewed on August 1st and I am now apparently locked in for the entire 2026 season. $480. No ability to cancel remaining payments, no refunds, nothing. 300 minute wait time for support even if I wanted to attempt to cancel it. Unheard of in 2026. Garbage.

Terrible rollover for 2026
This app stinks now! Keeps popping up error messages about in app purchases whether I have signed in or not. Tried deleting and reinstalling and no resolution. One star rating because I can’t do zero stars.

is there a no commercial plan? over 30 years of super bowl commercials and nfl network plays the same one every hour every day

The NFL app needs improvement. Some of the links and advertisements can lead users away from the app, which creates potential security and privacy concerns. Also, why are paying subscribers still forced to see ads? When someone pays for an account, the experience should be safer, cleaner, and either ad-free or have significantly fewer advertisements.

Multiple Times this App has said My Password is Invalid and
When I have asked to reset my password it will not send me the link to my email that I use with this account this is an issue that needs to be solved and fixed quickly.

Issues
Love the app BUT when I go on notifications and select them on for the teams I want (I’m signed in at this point in app) , then I go off it , then I go bc into the app , I see the notifications for the teams I want have turned itself off I don’t know weather it’s an app issue or something else

Love this app! The only addition it needs is a ‘Moments’ tab (like the NBA app has) or a ‘For you Page’ or a ‘Following’ page like TikTok. Please add this feature! Thanks!
Disappointed NFL app won’t allow live TV viewing.
The nfl.com site says live local and primetime games can’t be streamed due to broadcast restrictions. I disagree, they could if they paid the licensing fees.

When I watching games all everytime the game freezes up or slow about catching up because sometimes when watching the game is playing the it jumps ahead and that’s not cool when you pay for a series and can’t watch it I’ve got WiFi just fix it and I see this app also has a lot of complaints
Solid app but minimal games
The app is cheap with prime time games, but no out of market games…REDZONE IS OVERPRICED. However, this is my go-to as an affordable option to watch local teams.
