Terrible - Using Digital Gift Cards - Never Works - Huge Hassle
My wife and enjoyed NFM items in the past but using there registry is a 3rd party hassle. It’s NOT NFM… Some other site, user, & service. NFM can never connect the dots or help & redeeming funds never works online and in store NO ONE ever knows what to do. Going with some other gift registry that is less hassle. Such a waste!

I tried this out, and it was pretty seamless. You have to know what you want to add it to your list. When you share your list, and someone buys something for you, you get an email notification.
After 30 minutes of someone buying something off the list, you get an email saying your voucher is ready.
The other reviews said there was an issue at checkout. I went and picked out my item off of the floor, and went to the checkout. The checkout person yes did not know how to process the transaction, but their manager did. It went really smooth with a little assistance.
I would not hesitate to use this again.

Not Even Worth One Star
This was a nightmare. I would never recommend anyone to use this feature nor go to NFM ever. Employees weren’t helpful nor knowledgeable about how to use/redeem the funds at the store. As soon as we mentioned about how to redeem the funds from the registry, everybody tend to push the issue to someone else. We got sent all over the store and had to explained the situation several times. No one knows what to do nor did they put the efforts in finding a solution. The store should not recommended us to sign up and delivered such empty promises. Please retrained your staff on customer service, communication, and problem solving skills. We came there several times for one purpose: to redeem the funds from the registry app. Yet we were turned away with unhelpful customer service associates. We ended up spending a few thousand dollars at a different furniture store for our couch because of the useless associates at NFM.
At the end, Alberto Lopez came to help us and alleviated the situation. He had to manually processed the transaction several times due to multiple errors on your system. Apparently it kept saying the gift card was expired but we redeemed it only a bit over 24 hours. We showed him the proof. There was no way it was expired.
By you sending me this notification about how to use your gift card because you noticed something went wrong even though your staff was the one manually processed it, this telling me that your registry app is crap and needed lots of improvements. It is not efficient and also making it a nightmare for the newly weds who are naive enough to sign up for it. Isn’t that a scam then? After planning a stressful wedding, we don’t need to go through a stressful time like this because of your product that was promoted by your staff as a “quick and easy to use app”.
Please improve on your customer service skills and this awful registry app.

Crashes Constantly
I downloaded this app to help me pick out furniture for my new home and I’d love it except it constantly crashes. Please fix!
Literally the worst
This app is the worst! Do not use this or the NFM registry. When someone buys a gift on your registry you have to then “redeem” the gift, wait a day for a “voucher”, and then go into the store and grab the item, then use the “voucher” to purchase the item. No one at NFM either knows about the app or how to use it. I went to the customer service desk two times to get help for problems and they said they can’t do anything for me. THEN I got some gifts from wedding guests and I “redeemed” them, got my “voucher”, and then when I went back into the app to actually go get the items, it said that I had already used all the money on the vouchers. Now I’m having to deal with calling the customer service which yet again know nothing, and dealing with them giving me ridiculous reasons for why it doesn’t work and how to fix it, none of their solutions so far have worked.
