No app notifications
How can parents be updated ASAP if the app doesn’t send notifications? I think this should be your first priority. Do you think parents have time to keep checking the app every hour?
Lacks user testing with actual parents
Developers clearly haven’t bothered to do or prioritise feedback from busy parents. Put the notification content in the emails, my email is secure, it can handle the mundane alerts. If you can’t do that, clicking on the link should bring me direct to the notification so I don’t have to find it amongst multiple children after going through slow login. And why can’t you remember me… I don’t have the time to go through this multiple times a day.
Gave you 2 stars instead of 1 cos booking meets is fairly seamless (although could be improved if I could easily compare against my other child’s teacher’s availability)

Notifications not reliable.
Push and email notifications not received reliably on phone, unable to login on iPad, no responses from email to the developer sent several weeks back.

I can’t find a way to get notified when new notices are posted in the app, I just have to keep opening it to check

I can’t access the reports, the links aren’t working.

Same issue as other reviews, can login on my web browser, can not login on your app.

Hello. I can login via your website but not using the app. I’ve reset my password and that still isn’t helping.
I’m sure this is a great app that I would benefit from but for now, I’ve had to stick to the website version.
