Lost my nft

I created a nft and completely lost it .The app changed the address and it won’t even restore my wallet

Doesn’t work

I spent $30 on tokens just for the NFT to not load an address. Every. It just spins. I’ve tried it on all my devices. It does nothing. I have NFTs in here that I can’t export or do anything with because the app doesn’t work.

I shared with them the 12 phrase as they ask to import and all the tokens and the minted NFT disappeared!
