Products & Customer service
The products are amazing! I LOVE them, and typically only use NG products. However, the customer service is even MORE AMAZING. From free samples/products on auto shipments, 48 hour delivered orders, or responses to emails before 5am, there is nothing this team can not do. Highly recommend.
