Terrible

I saw they created an app and they had a link on their website to it in the App Store. The fact that the link didn’t actually bring me to their app in the App Store I knew it wasn’t going to be good, but I wasn’t prepared for how bad it actually is. My kids have NH Healthy Families but you have to be 18 to use the app, but I can’t use my login from the website in the app, and you need a member number to use the app even if you’re trying to register as a caregiver. I didn’t believe the 2 star score at first, only 8 reviews, but it’s 100% THAT BAD. I can’t believe they even released it, it’s embarrassingly bad- nepotism at its finest.

Don’t bother downloading

The app is useless. After you log in, none of your information is displayed in the app. Nothing. You’re better off using the website.

Can’t log in

It won’t let me make an account for my son because he needs to be 18 to have an account, but when I enter my own birthday says it can’t find a member with that information. Defeats the purpose.
