Stumbled upon this app in the r/movingtoUK thread and it’s definitely got promise. I like the UX and the chatbot, Milo. A little bit clunky still but it’s just been released so I’m sure the devs have it covered.

I was having such a hard time trying to find somewhere to rent but this app has found me my perfect home. Without it, I would still be helplessly searching hours on end for a place that fit all my different requirements. nHabit is an amazing real estate portal and I will definitely be recommending it to my friends!

Love this app
Love the idea of searching from a location instead of an area - I just put in my job and how long I’m willing to commute and it finds places near it. Honestly revolutionised my flat search, perfect timing! Also there’s a competition to win a year of rent which is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

A much needed challenge to the status quo
A much needed novel way to search for rental properties based on individual needs and lifestyle anchors. The AI feature, Milo is a cool touch; I used it for advice and further refining my searches but the possibilities are much broader. Great app!

nHabit does a fantastic job of synthesising all the most relevant information you’d need when property searching. I found all of the suggested properties from the matching process to meet my preferences/needs and the UI throughout is incredibly friendly and clear to use. Would highly recommend to any renters or buyers in the market.

Modern-day renting, made easy!
Nhabit filters properties based on everything that matters to me, not just the home itself, but also the location, lifestyle, and the AI chatbot is genuinely helpful. It’s easy to use, stress free sign up, and makes home hunting surprisingly enjoyable. Think Tinder tailored to property, but better!

Finally a new way to search for a real home
Finally a rental app which puts the renters experience at the centre. No longer agonising over which generic check box to fill out like the old websites. This app opens up London, I’m no longer searching for a home restricted by the postcodes and areas I know, even as a long term London resident. Also using it to discover areas of London I’m not familiar with, useful as a way to get to know my area. Great find

Ive struggled on other property portal apps to find the perfect home for me as I feel they lacks information and functionality, but nHabit has been such an amazing platform. The app is so easy to navigate and it makes finding a home exciting, it provides relevant information that adhere to ones personal preferences and that benefits me massively.
