Not fit for purpose

Every time I’ve tried to use this app, it doesn’t recognise me as a tenant, it is complicated frustrating when they ask you to go and log onto your account and you can’t. Coming up with errors it’s a waste of time

Rubbish

NHG are a terrible shambles and a mess...their app, repairs service, customer services. It’s a disgrace that they probably spent 1000s on a crappy app whilst their residents live in mass states of disrepair and then have this rubbish app to go in and attempt to report repairs. What a disgrace.
They need locking up.
