Great help
This has been a life saver for me! Love that it gives calories and savings. I’m a sucker for a sticker so loved getting a new one to mark a milestone. Was guttered it only went to one year.
Early targets too hard to meet
This is a helpful app but is very basic and could be much more motivating ie the drink free day badges - first one is 1 day no drinking, next badge is 10 days no drinking. For someone used to drinking most days for years, 10 days is a very long way away - why not add 3 / 5 / 7 days ? Simple changes would make this app much better

A great help to keeping motivated
Whilst I would not describe myself as a problem drinker I certainly was aware that I was regularly drinking far more units per week than I should.
I found this app strikes the right balance between supportive and preachy. Perhaps the most useful part to keeping me on track was the gamification element of earning badges and getting that little confetti animation every time I crossed off another day - I’m approaching day 100.
If I were asked as to what improvements you could make I’d add more milestone badges as they become further apart as you progress I’d also add some different animations for daily progress, to keep the interest going.

Easy yet Powerful
Pretty easy to use this despite the app now wanting to know what you’ve drunk, as opposed to simply whether you have or not.
I’ve been using it years yet only today discovered the page that lists everything you’ve drunk per month. I found that quite a shock as average 2 to 3 days a week when I drink so consider that moderate to many in my family but see that total consumed in a month was a surprise!
I set myself the usually easy target of three booze free days a week. I’ve managed over forty weeks which on occasion has been a challenge (Christmas/Nee Year) but having that unbroken run forced me to not drink on at least a couple of days I actually wanted to.
Love to be able to get an at a glance look at how I’ve done this month vs last etc
It’s a very powerful tool and thankfully completely free.
My only criticism is you can’t edit the estimated costs for alcohol so it will tell me for pint cans of larger cost me £17 when I know I paid £8. Getting this editable and therefore more accurate would be really help convey the total expense associated with drinking (albeit soft drinks aren’t free either).

Flaky
Not intuitive to use and it can’t match days with dates - it’s a day out of sync. Also too much finger wagging-like a temperance fanatic.
Badges
I have been using the app for over a year and found it really helps my motivation, gaining the badges has been an additional boost. Please can more badges be added as currently they only go up to 1 year.
Helpful
The pricing of drinks seems to be stuck in about 1988, but other than that, it’s fairly useful. The two slight niggles: I get reminded to complete the diary on days when I have already completed the diary; and there doesn’t seem to be a way I can see previous days entries other than drink/no drink.
Other than that, it’s a handy way of keeping track.

Useful - but fails in key places…
It’s super useful to track alcohol consumption, but why does it not give the option to answer a key question for anyone “How much have I drunk over the last X days?”. It has the data but doesn’t allow it to be analysed. 6 drinking days a month at a glass per time is very different to a bottle each time.
Secondly, the “Your Drinking Data” is just plain wrong. It says I drink 11 pints a week… I haven’t had a beer in 6 months, and drink once a fortnight… so how do I drink more than 80% of males?

Could do better
Simple to use which is good. Could do better with default drinks, I’ve literally never seen any wine at 6%. Also the cost savings are hilarious. £9 it recons for two large wines and a bottle of wine 😂 you can’t set any drinks prices. Says from averages in 2021 so very out of date.
Has glitches
It’s good for personal tracking and accountability but I have 52 drink free days since starting in January but the count tells me 35, so for some reason it doesn’t count properly which is annoying.
Week tracking
Why does my app show 5 weeks consecutive instead of the 3 months it should show. I am set on 4 drink free days a week. I have not missed a day since I started beginning of December. Some weeks I do 5 days drink free?
Can’t edit
Made an error, tried to correct this, ended up supposedly drinking 3 times the amount I would normally drink
Days Out of Sync
Generally happy with the app, but the days keep getting out of sync. For example, last week both Monday and Tuesday were showing as 9 Feb and when I selected Sunday it updated Monday. Is this a known bug and if so are there plans to fix it?
Rubbish
Sends info to your doctor do not trust it
Tries hard to paint you as an alcoholic
I downloaded the app to better track my alcohol intake and motivate me to do a proper post-Christmas detox. I’m not a massive drinker - I have a very healthy diet and active lifestyle - but boy did this app tried to paint me as a raging alcoholic! For starts, the drink-free week is seemingly counted from Monday to Sunday only, so if you started your journey mid-week, went 14 days without a drink but then had a drink on day 15 (let’s say, Thursday), the app will claim you only managed one week without a drink. Secondly, god forbid you had a glass of wine with a meal three days in a row like I did, when I went to an overseas conference! The app then proceeded to claim I drank 90% more than most people my age! On day 4, the app congratulated me from abstaining - as if I had necked a bottle of vodka each day and couldn’t help myself…After a month, despite having 26 alcohol free days, the app suggested I had eaten an enormous amount of chocolate in my alcho units and that I should probably try harder... In conclusion, I can’t help to think that this app’s main aim is to shame every drinker into total sobriety. For this reason, I would recommend this app only to those, who likely have a real problematic relationship with alcohol.

Very Helpful App
This app has helped me keep to a plan to help me make healthy choices and stick to them (except for Christmas week 🙊)
WHY CHANGE???
Why change the gold star to a star you cant see? Renders the app pointless to me. I want to see clearly when I haven’t drank. Now I need to squint at the screen and try to see. FYI I have good eyesight! Your designer has lost their mind!!! PLEASE CHANGE BACK.
Good but could be better
Needs more percentages adding , for instance 4.6 for Stella
