Lazy worker Thorold Area

Tues January 20. I just want to call out the workers who picked up the garbage today in Thorold Area. YOU ARE RATHER LAZY! You threw the bins without common sense, you know the wind is blowing hard, you could have at least put them on the side of the driveway or yard, pushed them a little on the snow so the wind doesn't blow them away. All my neighbour's bins are on the road. 2nd complain, are you hating your job? Did you intentionally placed bins in the middle of the driveway entrance to piss off people? You are blocking cars going in and out of their driveway.

Great app

Use it to check what is recyclable and not. Confirm HHW and locations to drop off. Super helpful!

Good App

This is an excellent app and useful. One issue, I often have difficulty connecting app to server so in that regard it is not so useful.

We love this app!

I love that this app sends me notifications each week to let me know what can be put out. Garbage pick up in Niagara is biweekly so it’s great to keep track!

I can also use the app if I need to schedule a large item pick up!

I’m very pleased with how easy it is to use!

Green bin

This Thursday my green bin was not picked up or emptied? Not even touched! The way garbage & Green bin are handled lately tells me you have a very poor Company that handles the collection! The problem is not the APP only the company that collects the Green bin & Garbage! Why do they need to tip the bins upside down so that what stuck items end up as unsightly mess on the ground??

Wealth of info!

Best app to find info of what goes in where and what doesn’t. App is ALWAYS up to date including weather warnings in order to minimize flying debris. Date changes/ reminders/ FAQ’s etc are at your fingertips. This app works because of the conscientious people who work behind the scenes to keep us informed! Kudos!!

So helpful that they send you a reminder the night before. Especially helpful when it’s actually waste days or just blue/grey box days only. Thanks Niagara Region . One of the most useful apps.

Pretty much useless

Moved into new development 4 years ago and still no address available. We do have region supplied weekly waste pickup. Often the first stops for recycling.

Another app provides correct info. Also tried to drop off batteries and information was incorrect.

Incredibly useful!

Extremely helpful in helping make sure I don’t miss the household garbage days. Which would mean I have to keep it around for an additional 2 weeks. The app works so well. The push notifications are particularly helpful.
