About
What's New in Nibble
1.1
June 27, 2026
What's New - Redesigned interface throughout the app for a cleaner, more focused experience. - Macro breakdown overlay showing individual protein, fiber, and fat content for your day. - Fluid motion: numbers tick, and new sections ease into place as estimates resolve, instead of popping in. - AI fallback for foods USDA can't find, with your choice of provider: -- Built-in (no key needed): Nibble's managed service, the keyless default. -- On-device (Apple): runs privately on supported iPhones; nothing leaves your phone. -- Bring your own key: Gemini, Anthropic (Claude), or OpenAI, with selectable models. - New provider chooser: a dedicated setup page explains each option in one line and lets you pick a model and enter an API key inline, all on one screen. - Learns from your corrections: rename an entry to what you actually ate, and Nibble pins that phrasing to the right food so future entries match correctly. - Richer detail per entry: entries now record serving size, a confidence level, the assumptions made, and the source behind each estimate, all visible in the entry detail view.
