This app has made introducing solids to my baby so much easier and less overwhelming! I love having a personalized day by day plan created by a board certified pediatrician, which has given me confidence in knowing what foods and textures to introduce and when. It’s been so exciting watching my baby progress from those first bites to becoming more comfortable with eating. Highly recommend for any parent starting solids!

My nurse friend told me to download this. I have had 6 months of no sleep and sometimes the mombrain means I just can’t think straight anymore. This week I’ve already left the milk in the cabinet, and my phone in fridge…sigh.
My husband is back at work, and I work from home while trying to juggle what feels like two full time jobs.
This app just lets me not worry about it. The medical advice is sound (according to my friend) the instructions are clear, and I get enough variety that I always have options.
I even got my husband to follow it with no questions because it's like his little workout app. Simple steps that don't require much thinking.
